about us
St. Louis, MO rock cover band Sonic Scarlet was formed in 2023 through a mutual love of driving rock rhythms, iconic guitar riffs, powerhouse vocals and lush harmonies.
Each member thrives on collaboration, dedication and a commitment to authentically honor this time-tested music to their absolute best ability. We cannot wait to play for you!

Sarah hoth
Guitar, Vocals
Sarah's early passion for stage drama and music led her to attend Webster University where she was educated in fine arts, including drama, dance, music theory and voice. A persistent pursuit of compelling vocal harmonies can be credited to decades of choral work, most recently with the St. Louis Symphony's In Unison chorus. Sarah was previously a member of local 90s rock band, Over Head Dog, and one half of acoustic duo, Hot Hands Wonderland. She currently performs acoustic solo/duo as Sarah Sings Acoustic.

Heather miller
Bass, Keys, Vocals
Heather is a life-long musician with a Masters in Piano Performance and a career including seven years of teaching piano/music at local universities. Since 2012 she has served as Music Director for the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, where she wishes she could throw some Shinedown, AIC or Foo into Sunday services, but restrains herself. Heather’s love of learning drove her to pick up guitar and bass, and her latest passion, flying. When not hitting the skies in her Piper Cherokee Six, Heather enjoys time with her daughters and the fun folks in the St. Louis aviation community.

Kelly krener

Kelly is a music educator, performer, and music therapist extraordinare! She holds a Bachelors in Music Performance, Masters in Music and a Bachelors in Music Therapy. She teaches private piano and guitar lessons and is a faculty member at St. Louis Community College. Angie boger

Angie graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Music Education degree, and spent 12 years teaching music and choir to Pre-K to 12th graders. Her first teaching job moved her further east, where she also joined musical trio, Freestyle Acoustic. Another teaching opportunity landed her in St. Louis, where she feels lucky to have found "her people" in the musician community. Angie can be found playing solo acoustic music on her Taylor all over town. Read more about Angie here and find her on Instagram!

Titus tolson
Drums, Vocals
Titus came out of the womb listening to jazz and soul music! So it's no surprise that he started playing drums in 3rd grade after years of beating on pans, pots and dashboards. He graduated from SIUE with a Minor in Music and went on to perform in a variety of bands playing Swing, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Top 40 and 90s. Titus is multi-talented and also plays bass for his original project, The PART (listen on Spotify and Apple Music). His ultimate dream band might be a Disco and R&B or an 80's band, since he hasn't done that yet! When not making amazing music, Titus is a Director and Sound Engineer for the Fox 2 Morning News.
